San Pedro de Atacama - an oasis in midst of the driest desert

It is located on a plateau at 2200m altitude, delimited by the volcanic range separating Chile from Bolivia and Argentina, and the Cordileera del Sal. This little village, mainly living from the touristiic activity has astounishingly many attractions to offer.
